Our Impact

We’ve proven our model works.

Lotus Campaign launched in 2018 in Charlotte, North Carolina. In only five years, we have a 97% success rate with our sponsored tenants either renewing their leases through Lotus or living independently in other housing.

We’ve introduced the “Lotus Stability Factor.”

We know that the longer individuals stay in housing, the less likely they will be unhoused again. They also gain a rental history, one of the barriers to securing housing in the first place. Through Lotus Campaign, more than 520 people now have that stability.

We’ve attracted partners eager for new solutions.

More than 40 real estate developers, landlords, social service organizations and philanthropic partners that support the Lotus model.
